The Real Definition of a Provider

July 23, 2019 | Adam Robichaud
4 minutesCommunication, For Him, Leadership, Love, Sex & Intimacy

A man naturally feels a strong desire to provide for his family. This is a God-given desire. However, as a culture, we have defined “provision” as purely financial. While it’s good to provide financially, God calls husbands to a much higher standard. The call for a husband to provide goes far beyond financial security to his full investment and involvement. But what does that look like? In short, a Husband should provide: A safe, loving place for his family A safe place can mean … [Read more...]

Pillow Talk: God’s Design for Sex

July 9, 2019 | Adam Robichaud
5 minutesCommitment, Communication, Sex & Intimacy, Unity

I’ve often heard husbands using bible verses to guilt their wives into sex, saying that their wife isn’t following what the bible says if they don’t submit to them sexually. I’ve also heard of wives using sex (or the lack of) to punish or reward their husbands for being their definition of a good husband. When sex becomes selfish or manipulative, the results are disastrous, turning sex into something trivial and meaningless. But this isn’t God’s design. Sex is incredibly intimate and beautifully … [Read more...]

Pillow Talk: 11 Secrets to a Great Sex Life

April 2, 2019 | Jess Robichaud
5 minutesCommunication, Love, Sex & Intimacy, Unity

Let’s talk about sex. If you asked me before I got married, I would have told you that one of the things I was most excited for was sex. I couldn’t wait to be connected to Adam in such an intimate way. I thought our honeymoon was going to just be us in our hotel room the whole time. During and after our honeymoon, however, I found sex to be overwhelming, awkward, disappointing, and honestly, just really difficult. Five years later and my tune has completely changed. I enjoy sex and look … [Read more...]

To My Single and Dating Friends: Do you know how worthy you are in God’s eyes? Proverbs 31:10 says “A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.” You are God’s daughter. What higher honor can be bestowed upon us? With that said, confidence in our role as God’s precious daughters needs to radiate in our romantic relationships … [Read more...]

About Us

adam & Jess

Hi, we’re Adam & Jess!

We’re so glad you’re here!

Our marriage got off to a rocky start in 2014 and quickly escalated to a full-out crisis. Jess left just five months into what we thought would be our happily ever after. We spent the next couple of years in marriage counseling. We read every book and took every class we could find to save our marriage, and while it was absolutely worth it, it was a ton of work.

Our marriage crisis and our struggles have made us passionate about helping couples create a solid foundation for their marriages to thrive. We know that sometimes marriage can feel really overwhelming (especially in those early years!), but we’re here to help. We’ve created Radiant Marriage Academy to take you and your spouse through the steps to create the marriage of your dreams (and hopefully avoid some of our struggles too!).

Adam’s MBA and technical savvy help to streamline your experience in the course and make sure you have beautiful design. Jess is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy to better help couples get past the surface level to create meaningful, lasting change.

You can find our statement of faith with all of our core beliefs here.
